There’s a difference between knowing God speaks and actually being able to hear Him — really hear Him — in the middle of an ordinary Tuesday, when life is loud and your heart is distracted and you’re not sure if what you’re sensing is Him or just your own thoughts.
In today’s prayer, Valarie closes out this month with gratitude for the ground covered and a continued ask for more — more clarity, more sensitivity, more of a heart that’s truly tuned to God’s voice. She prays for prayer that doesn’t just inspire but actually changes things, and for a spirit that stays rooted in His presence even when the noise of life tries to crowd Him out. This is a prayer for the long journey of learning to walk closely with God, not just visit Him.
